Documentary “The Last Ambassador” Screened in London by Mosaic Afghanistan
The documentary “The Last Ambassador”, based on the life and work of Manizha Bakhtari, Afghanistan’s ambassador to Austria, was screened in London with the collaboration of Mosaic Afghanistan and three reputable organizations.
The program ran for three consecutive days, from Tuesday, February 24, to Thursday, February 26, 2026, with discussion panels held after each screening focusing on issues related to Afghanistan.
On the final day of the screenings, a specialized discussion panel was held, moderated by David Loyn, a British author and analyst. The panel included Manizha Bakhtari, Shabnam Nasimi, a social and political activist and founder of Conservative Friends of Afghanistan, and Zalmai Nashat, founder of Mosaic Afghanistan.
During the session, in addition to reviewing the life and work of Manizha Bakhtari, topics such as women’s rights, the situation of gender apartheid in Afghanistan, and political strategies to support the democratic opposition were discussed and analyzed.
