Taliban Executes Three People in Nimroz and Badghis

The Supreme Court of the Taliban has announced that tomorrow (Friday, April 12), the sentence of retribution will be carried out on three individuals in the provinces of Nimroz and Badghis.
Abdul Rahim Rashid, spokesperson for the Supreme Court of the Taliban, wrote today on the social media platform X that these three individuals, charged with "murder," will be executed in public in Nimroz and Badghis.
Taliban authorities in Nimroz and Badghis have stated that one person will be executed at the stadium in the city of Zaranj in Nimroz, while two others will be executed in Qala-e-Naw, the capital of Badghis.
They have called on military and civilian officials, religious leaders, and the public to attend the execution.
The Taliban have also urged the public not to bring weapons, smartphones, or any recording devices to the execution site.
Since regaining power, this group has resumed public executions and corporal punishments. It had previously executed one person in Farah, two in Ghazni, one in Laghman, one in Jowzjan, and one in Paktia in public.
