Seven Days - Seven Seen; The Fifth "Seen"

Seven Days - Seven Seen; The Fifth "Seen"

Three days to Nowruz!

Nowruz, the celebration of nature's rebirth, is one of the oldest traditions observed in Afghanistan, Iran, Tajikistan, and other regions that celebrate Nowruz. This festival is accompanied by unique and beautiful customs, one of the most important being the Haft-Seen table. Each element of this table symbolizes life, freshness, blessings, health, and love.

In these remaining days until Nowruz, we introduce one "Seen" from the Haft-Seen each day.

The Fifth "Seen":
Sekkeh (Coin) – A Symbol of Blessings and Prosperity
Sekkeh represents abundance, success, wealth, and the increase of blessings. Since ancient times, coins have been symbols of prosperity and lawful sustenance. People believe that having them in the Haft-Seen brings a year filled with goodness and fortune.
