An exhibition titled "The First National Exhibition of Domestic Products" has been inaugurated in Zabul province and will continue for three days.

Tasal Khan, one of the organizers of the exhibition, said this is the first time such an event has been held in Zabul with the aim of promoting and marketing Afghanistan’s national products.

According to him, 42 private companies are participating in the exhibition. The goal is to create a better market for domestic products, foster coordination among production companies, and showcase local goods to consumers.

Tasal Khan added: “This is the first time a national exhibition for the development and marketing of Afghanistan’s domestic products is being held in Zabul. A total of 42 companies are taking part, and Zabul’s dried fruits and handicrafts are also on display.”

He considers this exhibition a vital opportunity for the marketing of local products.

Participants in the exhibition have called on both local and central authorities to help facilitate marketing opportunities for their products, both inside and outside the country.

The first domestic products exhibition in Zabul is not only an effort to promote agricultural goods and handicrafts but is also considered a practical step toward economic growth and self-sufficiency.
