Warning of Rain and Flooding in 10 Provinces of Afghanistan

The Ministry of Transport and Civil Aviation under the control of the Taliban has announced heavy rainfall and the occurrence of floods in 10 provinces of the country.
The ministry has predicted that today (Tuesday, April 29), rainfall and flooding will occur in the provinces of Takhar, Baghlan, Samangan, Sar-e-Pul, Bamyan, Daikundi, Ghor, Nangarhar, Logar, and Paktia.
According to the meteorological department's statement, rainfall ranging from 10 to 25 millimeters is expected in various regions.
The meteorological department has previously issued warnings regarding the occurrence of floods due to heavy rainfall in the country and has advised people to avoid approaching riverbanks.
This warning comes after recent heavy rains in various parts of the country, which caused devastating floods. These floods have resulted in financial losses and human casualties in several provinces.
